Ricky Albeck and The Belair Line Band came together in late 2017 as a backing band for Ricky’s solo work. The band pulls members from a myriad of respected Adelaide bands, including Maraby Band, Siamese, Dead Roo and St. Morris Sinners. Boasting a centrelink country-rock sound, Ricky released his debut EP entitled ‘Lovely Bones’ via Drongo Tracks in 2018; garnering over 100,000 streams on Spotify. 2020 saw Ricky release his split single 'Industrial Lights' via Swirl Records, with fellow Adelaide indie rockers Dead Roo, receiving praise from Triple J and fBi Radio. So far, the band has played the Superloop 500 (with Jet and The Living End) and has supported the likes of Justin Townes-Earle (US), The Growlers (US), Surfbort (US), West Thebarton, Amyl and the Sniffers, East Brunswick All Girls Choir and The Pretty Littles. Building on the momentum that Ricky has been building in the past year, the band is gearing up to release their finest work to date.
