Los Mescalitos is an all originals four piece band in the style of alt country. Combining rock, country, blues, slide, harmonica, banjo, acoustic and electric guitar, the band tells stories of love, lost love, dogs, Cormac McCarthy, Alejandro Escovedo, and lost friends. Undaunted by modern trends, they refuse to play any cover songs. We are not Mexican, but live on the asphalt prairie.
