The Adelaide Ukulele Appreciation Society has been plucking away for nine years now. The first uke club to start up in South Australia, it has around 50 members, and gathers weekly at the Gov for workshops and informal concerts. The participants in the group range in ages from 8 years old to Mind Your Own Business.

AUAS is a social club with musical members, and our music is aimed to be playable by folks of all levels of experience. All that’s required to join the group is to buy aukulele (from $30 upwards) and come join in!
